During his corporate career, Rodney has held senior management and operations positions where he acquired a sound understanding of both strategic and tactical business practices. He is a GE-trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and has extensive experience and expertise in business process management and organization redesign. He has coached and mentored C-level decision makers in change management techniques, and has advised them in the development of strategic and tactical business plans.

Rodney earned his MBA Degree from Fordham University and Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds certifications as a Quality Manager, Quality Analyst, and Quality Management Systems Instructor. In addition, he is a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the American Society for Quality, and a former member of the Malcolm Baldrige Board of Examiners.
